Walkthru
The stainless steel safety hand rails on her swim platform make boarding from her sport-RIB dinghy (or dock) secure and safe; the cockpit has a protective full cover from the upper-deck overhang; there’s plenty of room for lounging chairs. Enter salon thru polished-SSTL double Italian sliding doors; immediately, you’re struck by the expansive view all the way forward, past the galley and right thru the dining-pilothouse – a view out in every direction! Salon has upgraded ultra-leather corner settee with oval cocktail table to Starboard; tweed-upholstered barrel-chair in aft corner, then ultra-leather-topped stools at the breakfast-bar to Port. Another upgrade: 2″ wood-slat blinds all around salon. Smart dark Corian counter in full U-shape provides plenty of space in gourmet galley, with ceramic-surface cooktop, microwave-convection oven, and large fridge topped with separate-door freezer. Passageway past cabinets and up two stairs brings you to the pilot house: a centerline-helm with a very comfortable FlexSteel pilot’s chair (note 360 degree visibility!), with plenty of seating for friends on the U-shaped settee surrounding the adjacent custom-folding dining table.

Stairs just to Starboard of the helm lead down to the lower stateroom deck. Forward of the landing is the forepeak guest stateroom with Island double berth; en-suite head with electric toilet, glass-door shower-stall (the mirrored ceiling here gives a great illusion of extra spaciousness). Down two steps from the landing into the master suite, with a midship port side Island Queen facing an in-bulkhead flat-screen Sony TV flanked by two large cedar-lined closets; again, the en-suite head (with glass-door shower-stall) feels larger due to its mirrored overhead.

From Pilothouse, a see-thru staircase leads upward thru sliding glass door to the flybridge entertainment area: a second full helm with duplicate navigation instruments has a two-person wide seat; co-pilot has a bucket swivel seat across the entry-door. Behind these command seats is a full arc of upholstered seating, matching the smart striped helmseats — all with Sunbrella covers; Flybridge area is fully-enclosed by Sunbrella and isinglass, supported from the radar-arch. Aft of the enclosure is a boat-deck, with powered Brower crane to store the Sport-RIB dinghy out of the way off the swim-platform.

Galley
Princess 3-burner ceramic-surface cooktop; Sharp MW-Convection oven; Tundra fridge with top-door freezer. Teak flooring in galley area. Raritan ice-maker, and fitted bottle-storage, behind cabinet-doors in counter across from galley.

Electronics
Lower (Pilothouse) station: Raymarine big-screen RL-80C color radar/GPS/Chartplotter with two C-Map NT+ chips (Mendocino CA to Johnstone Strait BC); Garmin 10″ screen 2010C color GPS/Chartplotter; Raymarine SmartPilot 8001 autopilot; Standard Horizon Quantum GX2360s VHF with DSC; emergency-response “LifeLine”-type alert-system (subscription required).

Upper (Flybridge) Station: Raymarine RL-70C+ color radar/GPS/Chartplotter repeater; Raytheon ST-40 digital depth-sounder; Garmin 10″ 2010C color GPS/Chartplotter; Raymarine ST600R Autopilot remote; Standard Horizon Quantum VHF

Entertainment: KVH stabilized-dish Satellite Direct-TV (HD); CD/DVD/VCR; Sharp Flat-screen TV in Salon, Flat-Screen TV in Master Stateroom.

Mechanical
Engines professionally maintained; no major repairs to date.

SidePower bow AND stern thrusters; controls at both helms. Anchor windlass control at both helms. Trim Tabs.

Electric heat; separate thermostats in each cabin.

Muir windlass on foredeck — 150′ all-chain rode

Electrical
50A 125/250v AC service; 50A and 30A shorepower cables in zippered protective casings. 10kW Northern Lights genset in sound enclosure. Six deep-discharge L-16 6v batteries as house-bank; separate engine-start batteries.

Dinghy (included)

Dimensions
LOA: 38 ft 0 in
Beam: 13 ft 2 in
Dry Weight: 14000 lbs

Engines
Engine Brand: Chrysler
Engine Model: 318 v-8

Tanks
Fresh Water Tanks: Stainless steel (140 Gallons)
Fuel Tanks: Aluminum (270 Gallons)
Holding Tanks: Plastic (30 Gallons)

Overview
Classic tri-cabin layout, with central raised salon incorporating lower helm and galley, large master stateroom aft with en-suite head including shower-stall, and foepeak guest stateroom with its own separate head. Flybridge above salon; long boat-deck above aft stateroom; deep cockpit aft of stateroom.

Enter boat thru transom-door into cockpit, then thru doorway into aft stateroom — OR enter starboard-side from wide side-deck — at drop-down in walkway, there’s a sliding door directly into lower helm area.

Aft stateroom is now configured with unique over-under berthing to port (Double berth up high, with single berth at floor-level beneath it), another single berth to starboard. Great visibility out when standing, thru full-length strip of large windows.

Forepeak guest cabin has the preferrred over-under full-width single berths rather than narrow v-berth.

Salon has windows on all four sides (yes, even a set looking aft!), with sliding door next to helm, and another sliding window directly above the galley. Seating provided by wicker furniture. Plush thick dark-green carpeting throughout all cabins.

Galley (in salon)
Long counter portside of salon incorporates large SSTL sink with single-lever faucet and spray-head, MagicChef 3-burner propane stove with oven, and cabinets. Mirrored-front 110v/12v fridge is installed flush into forward bulkhead. Aft of counter is a space for easy-chair, then against aft bulkhead is a tall cabinet for dishes and fodstuffs.

Lower Helm (in salon)
TWO movable helmseats, so both captain and co-pilot have proper view while cruising. Sliding door to side-deck immediately adjacent to helm makes for easy docking; good fresh air; augmented by shorter sliding door/window directly across, above galley counter.

Duplicate set of engine gages, hydraulic steering, Icom M25 VHF, Echotec CTM950 green-screen GPS/chartplotter, am/fm/CD stereo, 3 windshield wipers.

Heads
Aft en-suite head has separate fiberglass shower-stall, Wilcox-Crittenden Electra-headmate toilet, Lectra-San onboard sewage treatment (legal overboard discharge of each treated flush!), sink with single-lever faucet.

Forward en-suite head has manual toilet, same Lectra-San sewage treatment, sink, and openign portlight.

Flybridge
Traditional Tolly fore/aft seats port & starboard: these slide open to become sunning platforms (or even extra berths!). Storage boxes under each fore/adt seat. Central pivoting helmseat with arms. All upholstered in thick Tolly-Turquoise vinyl, excellent condition. SSTL railings around sides and aft, storage (and propane tanks) under flybridge cowl. Waterproof indoor-outdoor carpeting.

Lowrance LMS350a GPS/Chartplotter/fishfinder, Ritchie compass; all engine gages, hydraulic steering. Stereo speakers.

Canvas
All-new black Sunbrella canvas 2008; still perfect as the boat’s always moored in a boathouse. Set includes: 1) complete cockpit enclosure with isinglass all four sides, zippered door up to boat-deck, zippered door out to transom 2) complete flybridge enclosure with isinglass all four sides, zippered door down to boat-deck 3) rainfly between the two enclosures, covering the boat-deck area. All bows are SSTL

Cockpit
Aft cockpit plenty large enough for folding chairs; transom door swings inward. Corner steps up to side-decks; ladder up to boat-deck above aft stateroom. Door into aft stateroom. Waterproof indoor-outdoor carpeting.

Livingston-style dinghy mounted on swim-platform chocks.

Deck
Excellent condition fiberglass-over-plywood; the Tolly Turquoise hasn’t faded at all! Ideal anchor windlass (power-up. clutch-down) for Forfjord safety steel anchor deployed from bow-roller; spare Danforth anchor on-deck. Full-length teak railing atop SSTL stanchions, all the way to aft cockpit. Teak caprail covers deck-to-hull joint; all teak well0-varnished and in excellent condition. Drop-down well along Starboard walkway for easier entrance thru sliding door into lower helm. Foredeck hatch into forepeak stateroom. Loudspeaker/hailer and dual air-horns mounted to fiberglass flybridge cowl.

Hull
Ed Monk Sr – designed; remarkably low running resistance but with enough weight to be stable in Northwest chop. Durable heavy fiberglass layer over marine-plywood hull; clean and sweet-smelling bilges. Recent survey confirms overall very good condition.

Engines/Equipment
318 Chrysler v-8′s, approx 2700 hours — fresh-water-cooled; electronic ignition, rebuit carbs. New manifolds and risers; fiberglass straight-pipe mufflers. Cardan shaft to Walter v-drives allows these engines to sit well aft in hull, with great access from huge cockpit-floor hatches. Remarkably clean and corrosion-free! Heavy-duty squirrel-cage blower. Hot water heater.

Owner reports performance of 9 relaxed knots cruise at only 1800 rpm… 18 knots at 3500 rpm max.

2 8-D batteries for engine-start, 2 gp27 batteries for house-bank. Heavy-duty electricals rewired for proper bus-bar connection of all major 12v consumers. 6kW Onan opposed-twin genset (also fresh-water-cooled) under salon; separate blower. 110v Battery charger.
